We, as the Ms. Sue brand, rely on Bloom Co., Ltd. (https://www.bloom-jp.com/), which has received a license and approval from the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare of Japan to import cosmetics. Cosmetics are sold domestically after a request has been made to Bloom Co., Ltd. for analysis of the cosmetic composition table and examine samples. Imports on a parallel basis are not made in order to protect above all the safety of the customers and to avoid the risk for manufacturers to have their products recalled during customs clearance.
